Additional information

Community Garden-

A group of green thumbs asked the Town to provide a community garden.  These dedicated volunteers developed the garden on public property next to the West Yellowstone Library.

Two sizes of plots are offered for a nominal fee and can be rented at the Town of West Yellowstone office.

Pre-Kindergarten-

The West Yellowstone Library holds pre-Kindergarten classes for two age groups; 3-4 years old and 4-5 years old.  The classes meet twice a week during the school year and have a total of 38 kids enrolled.  There is also a summer school of six weeks.  The program is unique in Montana and in libraries.

Language Classes-

The library holds classes in English for Spanish-speaking residents of the Town.  A language lab will begin operating the fall of 2013.
